Join the Milton Choristers and become part of a vibrant community that celebrates music, friendship, and cultural enrichment.

Why join the Milton Choristers?
The Milton Choristers is a four-part SATB community choir, severing the Halton region for almost 60 years, the oldest choir in our area. Our repertoire ranges from contemporary music to traditional choral ballads to classical masterworks all performed in a variety of languages.
We are an adult choir, with members over the age of 18; however, we do welcome younger vocalist looking to progress their talent or learn a new one. We are led by our Artistic Director, Rachel Cleland Morris, supported by our Collaborative Pianist, Grace Peters. Both provide us leadership and guidance in learning challenging pieces, expanding our skills, and ensuring the process is fun!
Whether you have previous choir experience, or you’re a shower soloist, Milton Choristers has a place for you. Find your community through song.

What to expect
Our season runs from September to May, highlighted by our two main concerts featuring guest soloists and musicians. Our goal is to provide our members with an inspiring and memorable choral experience. You will expand your musical skills, make new friends, and give back to the community via performances at local events. No auditions are required. Your first rehearsal may include a voice placement meeting with the Artistic Director, so they can determine which section you will suit best.
Our rehearsals take place every Tuesday from 7:30 to 9:30 pm at Knox Presbyterian Church in Milton.
There is a seasonal fee of $300. All fees are eligible for a tax receipt.
